Summer League 2013 for Women

It's time to kick off the registration process for Summer league 2013 for Women. As you all know our registration process is now online -- Log on to the site http://www.arcl.org , click "Register Team" and pay via paypal or Credit Card (no cash or check)
The deadline to register your team is 13th May 2013. Registration Fees is $120. League will start from 06/01 weekend.

New Team Orientation
Welcome to ARCL. We are excited to have your teams join ARCL and be part of this exciting and fun league.
We wanted to meet with new team representatives in person and also walk them through our rules and format. We typically have over 100 teams that play with us every season and the reason we have been able to run smoothly is through a set of pre-defined and clear rules and processes. We want you to have fun but be respectful of these rules so the new team orientation will provide you an opportunity to learn about these rules and ask questions.
It is mandatory for each new team to send atleast 1 representatives.
We will be handing out kits and balls for new teams.
Details for the meeting below:
WHEN: Monday March 11th 2013, WHERE: Microsoft Main Campus - Building 32 Conf/room 2403 Teams checkin time: 6:00 PM Meeting start time: 6:15PM SHARP (After 6:15 we will not respond to phone calls if someone wants to get in the building).
You can call Salman on Monday if you need to get in the building. As mentioned above, to avoid disruption we will not respond to calls after 6:15 pm.

Captain's Meeting Spring 2013
Welcome back to ARCL. Hope you are looking forward to the Spring League. As we communicated during registration process we have made some modifications to the league format. We are really excited about these changes. Details will be discussed during captain's meeting
Moving forward we will be distributing balls for the league games during Captain's meeting or New Team Orientation ONLY. A team that fails to pick up balls during these times will have to pay a penalty of $20 to pick up the balls so make sure you send someone to these meetings to collect the balls.
Below are the details for the meeting:

It's time to kick off the registration process for spring league 2013 for men. As you all know our registration process is now online -- Log on to the site http://www.arcl.org , click "Register Team" and pay via paypal or Credit Card (no cash or check)
The deadline to register your team is 28th February 2013. (Teams who miss the deadline will have one more chance to register by 10th March 2013 provided they pay $200 as penalty.) Registration Fees is $325 for existing teams and $425 for new teams. New teams will have to send us an email to arclorg@arcl.org to get login/pwd before they can register online. Please send us the name of your team.

League Rankings will be announced during captains meeting on 8th March. Schedule will be out by 15th March. Captain's meeting will be scheduled on 8th March. Please make sure your team is represented in this meeting to learn the new changes for future leagues. New team Orientation will be scheduled on 11th March. This is a mandatory meeting for all new teams. Ball and Kit distribution will be done at Captains and New team orientation meetings. League will tentatively start on 6th April and run through mid July.

Champions League 2012
Greetings all,
Congratulations for winning your individual division in Spring 2012 OR Summer 2012 league. It is time to register for the Champions league to be a Champion of Champions.
When: From March 3rd through end of March 2013 Where: MS Grounds 3 & 5, and Grasslawn on Sundays & Sundays
Details: Teams will have till February 19th to register your team if you are going to participate. You can register your team by selecting Champions League 2012 from registration page on our ARCL website. Based on number of teams we will decide the format and we will roll out the schedule on February 22nd.
Teams will be playing 1 game per weekend.
Participants: Winners of all divisions from Spring 2012 or Summer 2012 league. Please see the eligible teams list below.
Format: •
12 overs each side with 3 overs maximum per bowler. •
Each game duration will be 2 hours •
It will be a knock out tournament
RULES: •
Unless stated otherwise all ARCL rules will be applicable •
Teams have to deposit $200 via PayPal, which can be applied towards spring 2013 registration. If you miss out any game then you will not get your money back. •
Players who have played 33% or more matches during regular season will be allowed to play in the Champions League. Failure to do so will result in team losing that game and the other team moving ahead. Defaulting team will be charged with $250.00 and 3 additional umpiring for ARCL. Teams can approach each other for allowing exceptions. Let ARCL know if teams have reached an agreement. See Appendix E in ARCL rules on our website for more details. •
You can only pick players who participated in the regular season. If your team do not have enough players etc. please do not register. •
Once a team commits to playing and does not show up for the game they will be penalized $200 (you will not get your deposit amount back). •

Greetings All,
This is just a friendly reminder.
If your RSVP response was "Yes" to the ARCL's Prize Distribution Ceremony emails that were sent earlier requesting the details, and if don't show up for the prize distribution ceremony your will be penalized, the penalty amount is $100.

Summer 2012 Prize Distribution Ceremony
Greetings All,
If you have already responded, then please ignore this email.
Teams have to RSVP that they will attend the prize ceremony and pick up their trophies, if your RSVP response is "Yes" and don't show up for the prize distribution ceremony your will be penalized.
Summer 2012 Prize Distribution Ceremony will be held on Saturday 15th December 2012 at 5:30 pm at Boy’s and Girl’s Club in Kirkland (10805 124th Ave NE Kirkland, WA 98033(425) 827-0132 )
Teams need to send the below information by Wednesday November 21st 2012 by 5:00 PM. Failure to respond within this timeline will make your team ineligible to get trophies.
· Full names of all the players, if your team came 1st or 2nd in the division.
· Full names of Best bowler, Batsman and all-rounders if they are from your team. (On the website click statistics, look under "Award Contenders". ONLY 1st place Contender is eligible for the trophy.
· We don’t order 3rd place team trophy unless team wants it . If your team is eligible for the 3rd place trophy please let us know.
If you don't respond before the deadline, we won't order trophies for your team, No Exceptions!
