Online Registrtaion for Spring League 2012 for Men
Greetings All , (team contacts in BCC)
Hope you and your family had happy holidays.
It's time to kick off the registration process for spring league 2012 for men. As you all know our registration process is now online -- Log on to the site http://www.arcl.org , click "Register Team" and pay via paypal or Credit Card (no cash or check)
•The deadline to register your team is - 11th February 2011.
•We will give one week grace period (i.e. 18th February 2011) to the teams who miss the deadline, but teams will have to pay penalty of $200 for registering late.
•Spring League 2012 will tentatively start on March 15th subject to weather conditions. Schedule will be out by 2/28.
•Teams who have incurred penalties, have to pay their dues to complete their registration. They have to pay it by check payable to ARL.
•Fees - Existing team $325; new team $525.
•Teams who played in winter league had paid a deposit of $150, so you have to pay (Registration fee - $150)

Names Submission for Summer 2011 Trophies
Teams have till EOD October 25th 2011 to submit names for team/individual trophies to be eligible to receive trophies. Eligible teams should make sure to submit this info within the deadline in order to receive trophies.

Balls Pickup for Winter 2011 League
For teams playing in Winter's League 2011 we will distribute the balls during Prize Ceremony this Saturday. Teams who need to pick up the balls should come over at 6:00 pm

Wearing Gloves during Winter League
Due to cold weather and higher chance of injury, We will allow fielders to wear bike/golf gloves or something similar while fielding for Winter League.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SUMMER 2011
ARCL is announcing the first ever Champions League on October 22nd - October 23rd. It will be
like a cricket festival, bring your families and friends, enjoy cricket, snacks and food. Plus $500 in prizes!!!!
See below for details on prizes, format, rules etc.
Participants: Winners of all divisions + Runners up of Div A-D [Total 16 teams]
Format: 12 overs each side with 3 overs maximum per bowler. Each game duration will be 2 hours
PRIZE: $250 + Team Trophy for winners; $150 + Team Trophy for runner-up;
$100 + Team Trophy for 3rd place; [For 1st and 2nd place we can also order individual trophies that can be picked up at the next prize ceremony]
Details: On October 9th we will reach out to eligible participants and get their confirmation. Teams will have till October 13th to confirm whether they will be able to participate. Once we get confirmation we will roll out the schedule by October 17th 2011. Teams should be prepared to play on both days (up-to 2 games per day)
RULES: Unless stated otherwise all ARCL rules will be applicable. Once a team commits to playing and does not show up for the game they will be penalized $300 payable before the next season. The schedule is final. If any of the above teams is not interested in participating or does not show up for their game it will be considered a BYE for the other team. ARCL will allocate neutral umpires for the games
